From Crazy Train to Hazy Train you are so on the right track! Our Hazy Train IPA is low on the bitter scale and high on the flavour scale! This will be a series of beer with rotating hop profiles each new release. We used Strata, Mosaic, Galaxy and EXP 7270, now called Altus. Call it what you want… we call it mmmmmm!
